Join us for a workshop to develop skills in: positive leadership, battling burnout as well as creating and sustaining fulfilling lives – at work and at home.  We will explore wellness literature, examine the stressful nature of a career in veterinary medicine, and emphasize practical applications and solutions for bringing positive energy and joy into our lives.

Dr. Bonnie Lefbom will spend the day sharing her passion, experience and knowledge in leadership and personal development.   She is a veterinary cardiologist and a founding partner in CVCA - Cardiac Care for Pets, a 13 location practice in Maryland and Virginia.

Dr. Lefbom believes in life harmony and strives to find ways to remain calm and wonder-filled in a busy professional and personal life as she participates and leads various groups including: Veterinary Leadership and Management Group 2, The Women’s Executive Leadership Group and VetSOAP – committed to bringing primary care and specialty veterinarians together.
